How do I access Customer Services?

You can contact our customer services team at anytime by email at customerservices@entertainme.co.uk or if you prefer to speak to someone please call us on 08714 722 722. Lines open from 9am-6.30pm Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Saturday and 11am-4pm Sundays.

What is the ‘Your Account’ section?

The ‘Your Account’ section is there to help you. This section will inform you of your booking status and allow you to keep in contact with entertainme throughout your experience with us. All you have to do is visit the Your Account section and log in with your email address and booking reference number. This section can be used for the following:

  • Check your order details
  • Check your e-ticket status
  • Re-issue your e-ticket!
  • Ask any questions!
  • Opt in and out of our newsletters and update your interests
  • Upload your photos and videos

Payment Options

What are my payment options?

Currently we accept payments using PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.

How do I know my credit card details are safe on your site?

Entertain me use 256bit encryption to send and receive card details through our servers and also to the bank. We do not store your card number or your security details; these are transmitted to the bank only.

Entertainme does its best to maintain a safe and secure website and database system; we will not sell your details to third parties and will only use your details for our own legitimate business purposes.

What is the Card Security Code on my credit card?

The card security code is a unique 3 or 4 digit number printed on your debit/credit card. (This can be found on the back of your card, the last 3 or 4 digits within your signature field) This number is not embossed on the card and not printed on the sales receipts, thus making it difficult for anyone other than the genuine cardholder to know it.

Can I book over the telephone?

Bookings

How do I buy online?

Once you have found an experience on entertainme that you can’t wait to enjoy, all you have to do is follow these simple steps:

  • Click the ‘BOOK NOW’ button on the product page
  • Select the date you wish to use the experience on
  • Select how many people you want to enjoy the experience
  • Go to checkout
  • Enter your payment details
  • Pay and confirm your order
  • ENJOY!

Please make a note of your booking reference number; your e-ticket will then be immediately sent to you via email or your experience voucher will be despatched to you within 72 hours.

What is an on request booking?

Entertainme believe in confirming your booking instantly. However for some of our products we need to contact our suppliers to check the availability status. These particular attractions may need to be confirmed by the entertainme team. If your e-ticket shows 'Awaiting Supplier Confirmation', you will need to visit Your Account to check the status of your booking, before printing off your e-ticket.

When your booking has been confirmed* please re-issue your e-ticket, which will be re-sent to you by email and then all you have to do is print. To do this please access Your Account via the website - here you’ll need your booking reference number.

* This may take up to 48 hours.

How soon will I receive my on request booking?

A booking confirmation can take up to 48 hours.

Do I need to confirm my booking with the local supplier?

Once you have booked online, your booking is confirmed. However in some cases, the local supplier might ask you to reconfirm the booking when you have arrived at the destination, by calling them one or two days before the experience date. All of this information including supplier name and telephone can be seen on your e-ticket underneath the ‘Notes’ section.

What is my proof of purchase?

Your e-ticket or experience voucher is your proof of purchase.

E-tickets and Experience Vouchers

What is an e-ticket?

Once you have booked an experience with entertainme you will receive an email confirming your booking. Attached to this email will be your e-ticket. Your e-ticket is an important document which is proof of purchase for your experience.

You will need to print off your e-ticket and it is essential that you take the e-ticket to your experience!

Important: Please make sure you check all the details on your e-ticket are correct before printing it off. If you find any mistakes on your e-ticket, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Services team.

I don’t have a printer to print the voucher, what to do?

If you don’t have a printer, don’t worry we are here to help.

You can forward the email containing your e-ticket to another email address, where that computer has access to a printer. (i.e. a work email) If you don’t have any way of printing your e-ticket, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Services team, who will help resolve this problem for you.

Do I require any photo identification?

YES, the supplier who is providing your experience requires valid photo ID, such as a passport or drivers license. This is required to protect your purchase with entertainme.

Do I need to book a specific date for an experience to take place?

NO, as most customers are booking an experience as a gift, our experience vouchers are open dated so the recipient is free to choose their preferred date. Entertainme experience vouchers are valid for a maximum of 9 months.

The voucher is for a present – can it be personalised?

YES, you can enter your own personalised message which will be displayed on the experience voucher. When you purchase an experience voucher, entertainme will ask for the recipient’s name, and any personal message. Alternatively, if you leave the message blank ‘We hope you have a fantastic time, the entertainme team’ will be printed.

I have an experience voucher, how do I book?

Along with your experience voucher you will have received an information sheet supplying you with details of your experience, and the number to call to book your experience – 0844 249 0024.

Can I extend the validity of my voucher?

Entertainme experience vouchers have a maximum validity of 9 months. If you have not utilised the voucher within this period of time we are happy to extend your voucher for an additional 3 months. Please note that there is a £25 administration charge for this service and if the activity has increased in price you will also need to pay the difference. Vouchers can only be extended if they are still within their expiry date.

I have lost my e-ticket or experience voucher, can I get a replacement?

If your e-ticket/voucher is lost or stolen (providing it has not already been redeemed) we can cancel it and provide a replacement e-ticket or voucher. There is a £10 administration charge for this service.
